17.Registering ID Information

17.2. Retrieval / Edit ID
It is possible to use a patient’s ID to retrieve registration information if their registration is already
complete.
1. Press the F3 key [INPUT ID] on a screen where this
button is displayed to enter the ID Input screen.

When the F3 key [EDIT ID] is pressed on a screen where
this button is displayed, you will be proceeded to [3].
2. Input the ID and press the F1 key [SAVE]. [Fig. 13]
3. The registration information will be displayed.
When the ID is already registered, [INPUT ID
(Registered)] will be displayed.
If it is not necessary to edit the registration information,
press the F1 key [SAVE]. [Fig. 14]
4. Follow the registration procedure to edit the
registration information. (Refer to Section 17.1.)
If the ID number is changed while the existing registration
information is displayed on the screen, a new ID needs to
be registered. The existing registration information will
remain with the old number.
When the registration information has been edited, press
the F1 key [SAVE]. [Fig. 15]
