What it means
Error message could be caused by
a used test strip, applying blood to
the test strip before inserting it into
the meter or a problem with the
meter or test strip.
What to do
Repeat the test with a new test
strip; see page40 or page68. If this message
continues to appear, contact Customer Care. Contact
information for Customer Care is listed at the end of this
Owner's Booklet.
