INSTALL THE HANDLEBAR
Install the handlebar lined up properly with the tire and
frame, insert each of the four screws, and loosely thread
them in a crisscross pattern until the bar does not
move. Align and center the bars then tighten the four
screws on the stem to clamp the handlebars tight so
there is no twisting or other movement possible. Always
use a crisscross pattern when clamping the handlebar
to the stem.
