What to do if LASER LED is off on my Opt Lasers GRAV PLH3D-CNC?
    • J
      jamie36Aug 4, 2025
If the LASER LED is off, there might be several reasons: * There is no laser controlling signal, so verify the controller connection and pulse sending. * The laser beam has been disabled by the controller, so verify the controller connection and pulse sending. * The laser head is not armed, so arm it by pressing the mode button. * The enable inputs have the wrong state selection, so provide the right combination of states at the enable inputs. * Set up the right enable option. * The laser control signal is fed to a wrong input, so attach the controlling signal to the right input. * There is no control signal connected, so check the connections.

Why is the POWER LED off on my Opt Lasers GRAV PLH3D-CNC Engraver?
    • J
      jbooneAug 10, 2025
If the POWER LED is off, it could be due to several reasons: * The key switch is not turned on, so turn the key into the upper position. * The power supply unit is not attached either to the mains or to the PLH3D-CNC Adapter, so plug the power supply in. * There is no mains supply (grid power), so check the mains supply. * The power supply unit is defective, so replace it. * The PLH3D-CNC Adapter is defective, so send it in for repair.

What to do if ARMED LED is flashing on Opt Lasers Engraver?
    • E
      Erica WashingtonAug 17, 2025
If the ARMED LED is flashing, it indicates: * An external switch has been opened. Close the switch and rearm the laser head by pressing the mode button. * The connection with the laser head has been broken. Reconnect the laser head and rearm it by pressing the mode button.

How to fix a flashing POWER LED on Opt Lasers Engraver?
    • J
      James AvilaAug 22, 2025
A flashing POWER LED indicates: * The supply voltage is outside the acceptable range. Use a dedicated power supply unit. * The power supply unit is defective. Replace the power supply unit. * There is an internal PLH3D-CNC Adapter error. Send the PLH3D-CNC Adapter in for a repair.

Why doesn't pressing the mode button arm the laser head on my Opt Lasers Engraver?
    • M
      Michaela ThomasAug 28, 2025
If pressing the mode button does not arm the laser head, it may be because: * The external switches are open or not working. Close the switches or replace them with jumper wires. * The laser head is not connected. Connect the laser head. * There is an internal PLH3D-CNC Adapter error. Send the PLH3D-CNC Adapter in for a repair.
