Undo the ties holding the zips on the grey tube together and unfasten the zip. While
unzipping or zipping be careful NOT to allow the zipper to pinch the air tube.
Remove the bladder from the grey tube. When you remove the bladder, you will
remove the bladder and the plastic tube and valve as shown below.

bladder has be
xed properly by inlfating again.

DO NOT OVERINFLATE.

Replace bladder (with connected valve and tube) which should be positioned in the grey
protective sleeve so that the valve and plastic tube line up with the relevant aperture in the
grey protective sleeve.

Push the valve and tube through the hole in the sleeve.
