Cleaning the faucet
Risk of freezing
It is essential to ensure that the water in the faucet does not freeze.
Operating conditions
The faucet and shower set are not suitable for use in high temperatures e.g. in a sauna
(max. + 65°C).
Troubleshooting
Symptom Cause/Solution
The flow rate from the faucet has diminished – The litter filters are blocked
or no water comes from the faucet – The aerator is dirty
– Check the water inlet to the faucet
The faucet makes a ‘whistling’ noise – The aerator is dirty
The diverter does not stay – Water pressure is too low
in the shower position – Ensure that the minimum flow rate is sufficient
Water leaks from the faucet body – The faucet body has been damaged due to
freezing
– Sealing(s) are damaged
The faucet causes a banging sound in the water – Water pressure is too high
