• Do not use any lubricant such as oil, water or abrasive
products in the sharpened or rectified process.
• Do not use the appliance more than 3 minutes. After that
3 minutes, let it rest for 20 minutes.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply
if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.

TIPS FOR BETTER RESULTS
- Always should clean and dry knives before of grinding or sharpening.
- Press the blade down steadily avoiding blocking rotation of the motor.
- When you are grinding or sharpening, keep steady pace and adequate speed, and never stop rotation of
the motor occasioned by excessive pressure in the wheel.
- Alternate sharpening between left slot and right slot (except that only special sheets need to be
sharpened on one side).
- For a good sharpening the knife point should lift the handle up slightly as it approaches the end of the
blade.
- Hold the appliance by hand while using, it will be more stable. Do it carefully not to cut with knife.
- Motor will heat after several uses, let cool before using it again.
