Thank you for buying an Orbic Q10 mobile phone, This product is designed to
give you years of quality trouble free performance, if in the unlikely event your
device does not function as required and needs servicing, we strongly
recommend that you contact us at Orbic in regards to getting your device
repaired both in and out of warranty.
If you wish to repair your own device whilst under the warranty period, and
damage is caused as a result of the repair, it will void any warranty claims being
honored.
We recommends any self repairs made on the Orbic Q10 is done by a
competent person with an understanding of electronics with appropriate ESD
and moisture protected work environment.
