Chronos has got an input for the connection to a clean contact to whom to connect for
example a telephone dialler to switch on or to switch off remotely the programmable
thermostat with their own telephone.
The contact can have one of these two positions:
- open Æ normal operation (according to the settings)
- closed Æ programmable thermostat in off mode
Remotely off status is displayed with the fl ash of the symbol
on fi eld  to
differentiate it from the keyboard off statu (
fi xed on fi eld ).
