Press the letter key that corresponds to the choice.

In some cases, you do not need to make a selection. Use the keyboard to type in your
answer at the flashing cursor.

Press [Enter] or either cursor button when the object you want to select is directly above the mechanic
(Grease Monkey), the empty space (Drag Strip) or under the wrecking ball (Wrecking Crew).
