DMX Address Setting
In order to control devices individually, each device must be set with a specic starting address. When
receiving signal transmission, the devices will receive channel control signals from the rst address.
For different applications, the user can set multiple devices to the same address or set a different
address for each device.
If the same address is set on multiple devices, these devices will receive data from the specied DMX
channel. All connected devices will be jointly controlled. The controller cannot control each device
individually.
If each device is set to a different address, the controller can control each device individually at its
starting address.
Use of this method should be based on the number of channels used on devices to determine a
starting address.
This device has 10 channels. When you use 10CH, you should set the starting address of the rst unit
to 1, the second unit to 11(10+1), the third unit to 21 (11+10) and so on.
10 CH for example
First (address 001) Second (address 011) Third (address 021) etc.
