The warranty period for manufacturing
and material defects of the LiTRIC System
is two years from the date of purchase.
Register your LiTRIC SYSTEM at
www.ortovox.com/service, so we can
update you with safety-related informa-
tion. Once you’ve registered, we’ll extend
the warranty for your LiTRIC System from
two years to five years. The LiTRIC
backpack is exempt from any warranty
extensions.
The warranty does not cover the battery
or charging cable or defects caused by
improper handling or regular wear and
tear. For products that do not exhibit any
defects, inspection costs are chargeable.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the
owner. The warranty does not impact any
statutory warranty claims.
