INSTALLATION OF THE CHILD CAR SEAT
Group 0+/1 (rear-facing)
(For children who weigh 0-18 kg)
• If there is no Isox system in the vehicle, use the
car’s 3-point seatbelt.
• Pull the car’s safety belt out to its maximum
length.
• Guide the safety belt through the belt guide,
which is marked in blue, on the reverse upper
side of the child car seat.
• Guide the pelvic restraint through both side
guides under the comfort insert.
• Close the safety belt with the buckle on the car
seat. Make sure that the safety belt is not twisted.
• Pull the safety belt of the vehicle as tight as
possible and check whether the child car seat is
standing securely.
• ATTENTION:The rear-facing position that is se-
cured with the vehicle’s 3-point seatbelt, is ONLY
permissible for group 0+ (0 - 13 kg)

• Press the two lateral Isox connector
buttons in order to extend the Isox connectors
to their full length.
• Insert the Isox connectors into the insertion aids
and press until they lock.
• The display on both sides only turns green when
the connections have been established. Pull the
child car seat to the back rest until it is standing
securely.
• Remove the Top-Tether from the bag.
• In order to loosen the Top-Tether, press the grey
adjustment button with one hand and pull the
side of the belt anchor to the required length
with your other hand.
• Pull the Top-Tether through the belt guide, which
is marked in blue, on the reverse side of the child
car seat.
• Fix the anchor to the xation point on the back
of the car seat.
• Pull the Top-Tether tight by pulling on the oth-
er side of the belt. Make sure that the display is
green.

Group 1 (forward-facing)
(For children who weigh 9-18 kg)
• Place the child car seat onto the car seat, set
it to the maximum angle and turn it towards
the car door.
• Unlock the belt buckle of the child car seat
and place the belt on the outer side of the
seat.
• Put the child in the child car seat.
• Adjust the height of the head support so that
the shoulder belt remains free.
• Close the belt buckle again until a “click” can
be heard.
• Pull on the front adjustment belt in order to
pull the belt tight. Please ensure that the
straps are not twisted.
• Turn the seat into the rear-facing position.
Check whether the child car seat is locked
in this position.
• The baby insert and the comfort insert are
suitable for infants under 6 kg.
• The baby insert is not required for a body
weight of 6 - 13 kg.
• Adjust the height of the head support to the
size of the child.

Installation option: Isox + Top-Tether

• Place the child car seat onto the car seat
and move it into the forward-facing position.
• Press the two lateral Isox connector
buttons in order to extend the Isox connec-
tors to their full length.
• Insert the Isox connectors into the insertion
aids and press until you hear them lock.
• The display on both sides only turns green
when the connections have been estab-
lished. Press the child car seat against the
back rest until it is standing securely.
