Installation - Raven SCS 440 / 450 / 700
This kit includes a special adapter cable to connect the GSI pulse
output to a Raven SCS 440, 450, or 700 controller, PGM. E or
later.
1. Locate the Raven / GSI interface cable. Connect the 3 pin
connector to the speed input plug of the rate controller console.
Connect the 4 pin connector to the GSI “PULSE OUT” connector.
Connect the single red wire to the orange, +12 VDC switched,
wire on the Raven console cable.
2. Program the Raven console for ground speed input type SP2
(radar sensor).
3. Enter an initial SPEED CAL value of 838.
4. Perform a speed calibration test and adjust the initial SPEED
CAL value as required. Refer to the Raven operator’s manual for
proper calibration procedure.
