If the hose is blocked, try to massage the clog out or reverse the hose by inserting the cleaning end into the wall valve, ensuring a tight seal with your hand. Also, verify if the disposable bag is full or the filter is clogged; replace the bag if necessary and clean the filter. Make sure the debris canister is correctly placed on the unit, ensuring no air leaks. Confirm that all other valves are closed and airtight. If a specific valve has less power, it might be clogged. If issues persist, unhook the flexible pipe on top of the power unit to check for clogs between the last valve and the unit.

  If your OVO Central Vacuum System's power unit isn't working, begin by ensuring the electrical outlet has power and that the power cord is properly plugged in. Check the breaker or fuse in the electrical panel. Make sure the mini-breaker button on the side of the unit is pushed in. You can also short-circuit the low voltage connections on the side of the power unit; if it starts, the problem lies elsewhere in the valve network wiring or the hose. Verify all low voltage connections at each valve, testing each valve individually. If problems persist after these steps, the unit may require professional attention.
