Before We Begin

Remove all
packaging
and static stickers.

Clean and
wash all parts
by rinsing interior of Kettle,
wiping body with a damp
cloth and drying with a soft
dry cloth. Do not immerse
Kettle or base in water.

Fill your
kettle
with filtered water to the
“MAX” level, complete
the boiling cycle, then
discard the water.

Coffee and different teas require different temperatures to reach their full flavor potential. Use the chart provided to see
what temperature is best for your favorite coffee or tea.
Note: Boiling point depends on altitude; at higher elevations, water boils at lower temperatures. If you live above sea level, keep in mind you
may not be able to reach 212°F/100°C.
