under
special
circumstances.
If
you
have
previously
entered
packet
data
filling
the
outgoing
buffer
in
mverse
Mode
or

Mode
and
then
returned
to
Command
Made.
You
be
allowed
to
enter
one
of
these
modes
when
some
of
the
packets
have
been
successfully
trans-
mitted.

be

meet
the
packet
controller
requirements
for
callsigns.
A
callsign
may
be
any
string
of
numbers
and
letters,
including
at
least
one
letter.
Punctuation
and
spaces
are
not
allowed.
The
sub-station
ID,
if
given,
must
be:
a
(decimal)
number
from
0
to
15,
separated
from
the
call
by
a
hyphen.

The

DAytime
was
given
to
display
the
date
and
time
without
having
previously
set
the
clock.

sets
the
clock
