PacComm
Packet
Radio
Systems,

(PacComm)
warrants
“Assembled
and
Tested"
amateur
products
to
be
free
from
defects
in
materials
and
workmanship
for
a
period
of
one
year
from
the
date
of
purchase
by
the
retail
customer.
During
the
warranty
period,
PacComm
will,
at
its
option,
repair,
replace,
or
refund
the
purchase
price
of
any
unit
that
it
determines
to
be
defective.
This
warranty
does
not
apply
to
any
productwhich
has
been
modified,
damaged
through
carelessness,
misuse
or
neglect,
used
in
commercial
service
or
which
has
been
repaired
outside
PacComm
facilities
without
permission.
Con-
sequential
damages
are
not
covered.
PacComm
provides
a
rapid
repair
service
for
our
products,
whether
in
or
out
of
warranty.
Shop
rates
are
modest.
Carefully
pack
the
unit
and
send
it
to
the
PacComm
address
with
a
written
description
of
the
problems
experienced
and
the
repair
service
desired.
Normal
service
turnaround
is
under
five
days.
We
stock
all
parts
for
our
units.
