Questions about Video Call
Q1Cannot Answer Video Call
A1. Check the camera of robot to see if it works successfully.
2. Check if giving authorization to camera and microphone, if not, please open these authorizations in Settings of
handhold device. For example, to open camera authorization in iOS device is “Settings→Privacy→Camera→PadBot
Telepresence Admin”; for Android device, please follow “Settings→Installed Apps→PadBot Telepresence Admin-
Permissions”.
3. Check if the Internet works fluently.
4. If still cannot do video call, please uninstall the APP and install again.
Q2Does it support group video call?
AFor now, it can only support one to one video call.
Q3How can my friends do video chat with me?
A You can set up an video invitation, and share the link or invitation QR Code to your friends. By clicking the links or
scanning the QR Code, your friends will join the video call easily.
Q4There are noises in video call
AWhen the communicating parties are in the same place, the mutual voices will interfere with each other and make
noise. It won’t happen in distant call.
