Warranty
PALE Trading Co warrants this tool to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own your
PotLifter. For commercial use, the duration of this warranty shall be one
year from date of purchase. PALE Trading Co will repair or replace this
product or part thereof which, upon inspection by PALE Trading Co is
found to be defective in materials or workmanship. To obtain warranty
service, please call the following toll-free number: 1-888-644-4222 or
email info@paletrading.com. You will be asked to send your PotLifter,
shipping paid, along with an explanation of the defect, proof of purchase
and your name, mailing address and phone number.
