Writing lens les to SD memory card

Select [SAVE] in the main menu → [FILE] → [LENS FILE (SD CARD)], and press the jog dial button (or <SET> button). (Fig. 1)
The list of lens les currently saved in camera memory is displayed.

Select the file to write from the file list. (Fig. 2)
The title entry screen and keyboard are displayed.

Enter the desired characters with the keyboard.

Use the jog dial button (or cursor buttons `/{/Y/I) to select [OK], and press the jog dial button (or <SET> button).
The conrmation screen is displayed.

Select [YES], and press the jog dial button (or <SET> button).
The le is saved and the le list is updated.

USB storage mode” (page 248).
Reading lens les from SD memory card

Select [LOAD] in the main menu → [FILE] → [LENS FILE (SD CARD)], and press the jog dial button (or <SET> button).
The list of lens les currently saved in camera memory is displayed.

Select the file name to read, and press the jog dial button (or <SET> button).
The conrmation screen is displayed.

Select [YES], and press the jog dial button (or <SET> button).
Loading of the le begins.

When the completion message is displayed, press the jog dial button (or <SET> button).

NOTE
t Titles of card les on SD memory cards are displayed on the [LENS FILE (SD CARD)] screen. However, titles of lens les contained inside card les
are not displayed on the [LENS FILE (SD CARD)] screen. Read the les and check on the [LENS FILE] screen, whenever required. At this time, the
lens le in internal memory will be rewritten with the lens le that is read. Before reading lens les on SD memory cards, write the lens les in internal
memory to SD memory card to make a backup.
