conversely, lighter when a positive setting is selected.
Detail [Off, On]
Turn on/off the contour (sharpness of images) adjustment of images.
Master Detail [–31 to +31]
Adjust the contour correction level (master).
This is only enabled when [Detail] is set to [On].
Detail Coring [0 to 60]
Set the level of the signal (including noise) which makes the detail
effect not work.
This is only enabled when [Detail] is set to [On].
V Detail Level [–7 to +7]
Adjust the contour correction level in the vertical direction.
This is only enabled when [Detail] is set to [On].

Gamma Mode
[Normal, HD, Cinema1, Cinema2, Still Like]
Select the type of gamma curve.
Normal Standard gamma characteristic.
HD HD (High Definition) video gamma characteristic.
Cinema1 High contrast gamma characteristic.
Cinema2 Sedate gamma characteristic.
Still Like Sets the gamma characteristics for a digital still
camera image tone.
<NOTE>
• This is enabled only when [DRS] is [Off].
• When [Scene] is [Full Auto], the settings for this function cannot be
changed and are fixed to [Normal].
Gamma [0.30 to 0.75]
Adjust the gamma correction level.
Specifying smaller values results in a gentler gamma curve for the
slope of low-brightness areas and sharper contrast.
Specifying larger values results in an expanded gradient for dark
areas and produces brighter images. The gamma curve for low-
brightness areas will be steeper, and contrast will be softer.
<NOTE>
• This is enabled when [Gamma Mode] is [Normal] or [HD].
• When [Scene] is [Full Auto], the settings for this function cannot be
changed and are fixed to [0.45].
DRS [Off, Low, Mid, High]
Set the DRS function which performs correction when video with high
light/dark contrast is displayed.
You can select from a [Low], [Mid], or [High] effect level.
<NOTE>
• This is enabled when [Gamma Mode] is [Normal] or [HD].
• When [Scene] is [Full Auto], the settings for this function cannot be
changed and are fixed to [Off].
Knee Mode [Off, Auto, Low, Mid, High]

and knee slope in three steps.

• When [Scene] is [Full Auto], the settings for this function cannot be
changed and are fixed to [Auto].
