Self-diagnostics table
The LEDs light as follows according to the status of the sensor unit.
: On : Off : Blinking (1 seconds interval)

Blinking Status Solution
- Monitoring The normal status.
- Preparing
The unit is preparing to operate. Preparation continues for 1 minute after
the power is turned ON. Preparation continues for more than 1 minute if
the initialising communication with the indoor unit cannot be achieved.

Leaking
Refrigerant is leaking. Start ventilating immediately.
A specialist should identify the location of the leakage and take
immediately corrective measures.
- Abnormal
There is an abnormality with the sensor unit. It may be unable to detect
refrigerant leakage so you should contact our sales/service team or an
authorised dealer.
Simultaneously
Multiple
detections

Multiple sensor units have been connected to one indoor unit. Refer to
the “Basic wiring diagram” (P.8) and connect the unit correctly.
Alternately
Service life

The sensor PCB has reached the end of its service life. Contact our
sales/service team or an authorised dealer to arrange for replacement of
the sensor PCB.
The part number for the replacement sensor PCB is ACPE05C0052.
Test run
After installation is complete, use the following procedure to confi rm that the sensor unit is operating properly.
Turn ON the power of the indoor unit

Check the wiring with the indoor unit.

Monitoring
(1 minute after preparation starts)

The unit is not communicating with the indoor unit.
Check the wiring with the indoor unit.

There is an abnormality with the sensor
(3 seconds after monitoring starts)
YES
There is an abnormality with the sensor unit. Check the connections of the
connectors on the sensor PCB. Also, replace the product or the parts as
necessary.
NO
There is a leakage
(10 seconds after monitoring starts)
YES
There may be a refrigerant leakage.
Ensure that the room is suffi ciently ventilated and confi rm the relevant
areas. Also check that there is no leakage of fl ammable gases in the
vicinity.
NO
