Timer recording

Select the programme in the TV Guide, then
press the red button. If on-screen instructions are
displayed, follow them.
(“[R]” icon or “[S]” icon in the TV Guide
disappears.)

Preparation
If you want to change the recording mode:
Press [REC MODE] and select the recording
mode, then press [OK].
1 Press [GUIDE].
TV Guide screen appears.
2 Select the programme, then press the
red button.
• If on-screen instructions are displayed,
follow them.
• The timer programme is stored and “[R]”
icon (Single timer recording) or “[S]” icon
(Series timer recording

) is displayed.

Timer programme is set for all the
episodes of a series programme.
• Some broadcasters may not send programme information.
When programme information is not displayed correctly,
use manual timer recording. (> 36)
• You can set the start and finish time to make the timer
recording work successfully. (> 71, 75, Timer Record Start
Buffer, Timer Record Stop Buffer)
