E2-10: System console motor rotation
When the system console main motor drives an abnormal signal is detected.
Does the main motor rotate by hand? NO Main motor drive mechanism is defective.
YES Locking mechanism of motor is defective.
Is DC24V detected on CN-1, 2 ? NO Check DC24V on CN602-3 and 4.
YES YES: Connector is shorted or
broken.
NO: Check CN602-3 and 4 of system console
driver PCB.
Does the CN602-7 signal change "H" YES Main motor is defective.
to "L" when the main motor drives? System console driver PCB is defective.
NO
Copier CPU PCB is defective.
E2-06: Optional LCC lift operation (UP)
E2-07: Optional LCC lift operation (DOWN)
When the lift motor drives up and down, the upper and lower limit switch
are not detected within a predetermined time.
Is lift motor sound detected? YES Check the upper limit sensor signal.
NO Canged: CPU PCB is defective.
Not changed: Limit sensor is defective.
Does PLMCT6 change "H" to "L" YES Lift motor drive mechanism is defective.
when the lift motor is turned ON? Lift motor is defective.
NO LCC driver PCB is defective.
Check the lower limit sensor signal.
Changed: CPU PCB is defective.
Not changed: Limit sensor is defective.
Copier CPU PCB is defective.
