2. Push the lever in and lift the computer up.
N O T E
n If it isdifficult to disconnect the computer, push the lever while holding the computer from top for easy disconnection.
Battery Charging
The battery can be charged using the cradle.
<Only for FZ-VEBM12 series>
Using the battery charging slot can also charge the battery removed from the computer.

When you attach the computer with the AC adaptor attached to the Cradle ( Connecting/Disconnecting the Computer), the battery attached to the
computer is automatically charged.

1. Connect the AC adaptor to the Cradle.
2.
Remove the battery pack from the computer. ( Replacing the Battery Pack)
3. With the connector side of the battery pack facing down, insert it into the battery charging slot and push it firmly.
Check that the charging status indicator illuminates in orange (below).

Soon after the battery isinserted, the charging status indicator (A) illuminates in orange for a few seconds. Then, the current status isshown.
