Upon receiving the power on command , the “PANEL STB/VCC ON” pin of the main MPU (IC1100)
outputs 2.5V to the base of Q4015, turning it on. Q4015 outputs a low to turn off Q4014 allowing pin 20
of the connector A5/D5 to go high.
