8.1.2 Scanning by selecting "Output to" and the scan settings
from the home screen
Perform scanning by the following procedure.
1. Touch the desired output destination.
• For details, refer to "8.1.2.1 Basic operation when setting "Output to" settings" (page 69).
2. Touch the desired setting from the scan settings.
• For details, refer to "8.1.2.2 Basic operations for specifying scan settings" (page 72).
3. Place the documents on the feed tray (page 49).
4. Press the Start/Stop button (
) to start scanning.
• If [Confirm Output Path] of [Function Setting] is enabled, the output path will be displayed on the LCD.
Confirm the output path, and then press the Start/Stop button ( ) again.
• If [Confirm Output Path] of [Function Setting] is disabled, scanning will start.
• Remove documents after they have been scanned.
