2. Check the soldering condition of the
SDRAM(IC0042 to IC0043 and IC0057,
IC0058).
3. Replace faulty parts or CONTROL Board.
F40 (Hopper error) 00 00 00 00 Hopper does not work Check the condition of both hopper gear and
rack.
Check the condition of hopper drive gear train.
1. Check the following connection and
soldering condition on each connector.
a. CN3002(DFP HOME SENSOR Board) to
CN2003(USR RERAY Board).
b. CN2001(USR RELAY Board) to CN1007
(CONTROL Board).
c. CN3024(HOPPER POSITION SENSOR
Board) to CN2035(BENT RELAY Board).
d. CN2030(BENT RELAY Board) to CN2007
(USS RELAY Board).
e. CN2006(USS RELAY Board) to CN1008
(CONTROL Board).
2. Check the soldering condition of IC3004 one
the DFP HOME SENSOR Board.
3. Check the soldering condition of IC0053 and
IC0011 and CPU(IC0006) and their
surrounding circuit on the CONTROL Board.
4. Check the soldering condition of IC3005 one
the HOPPER POSITION SENSOR Board.
5. Replace faulty parts or related Board.
F42 (DFP Home
Position error)
32 00 00 00 1. DFP Pressure Motor does not
work, properly.
Refer to the 7th item on Classified Code U12.
F43 (Platen(front)
motor error)
00 00 00 00 3. Platen(front) motor does not
work properly.
Check the condition of both gear train.
1. Check the following connection and
soldering condition on each connector.
a. Platen F Motor to CN4011.
b. CN4006(DRIVE Board) to CN1011
(CONTROL Board).
c. CN3021(PLATEN SENSOR(F) Board) to
CN2020(USR RELAY Board).
d. CN2001(USR RELAY Board) to CN1007
(CONTROL Board).
2. Check the soldering condition of IC4021 and
their surrounding circuit on the DRIVE
Board.
3. Check the soldering condition of IC3008 and
their surrounding circuit on the PLATEN
SENSOR(F) Board.
4. Check the soldering condition of IC0053,
IC0015, IC0011 and CPU(IC0006) and their
surrounding circuit on the CONTROL Board.
5. Replace faulty parts or related Board.
F44 (Plate(Back) motor
error)
00 00 00 00 3. Platen(back) motor does not
work properly.
Check the condition of both gear train.
1. Check the following connection and
soldering condition on each connector.
a. Platen B Motor to CN4012.
b. CN4006(DRIVE Board) to CN1011
(CONTROL Board).
c. CN3022(PLATEN SENSOR(B) Board) to
CN2018(USS RELAY Board).
d. CN2006(USS RELAY Board) to CN1008
(CONTROL Board).
2. Check the soldering condition of IC4022 and
their surrounding circuit on the DRIVE Board.
3. Check the soldering condition of IC3009 and
their surrounding circuit on the PLATEN
SENSOR(B) Board.
4. Check the soldering condition of IC0053,
IC0015, IC0011 and CPU(IC0006) and their
surrounding circuit on the CONTROL Board.
5. Replace faulty parts or related Board.
