Loading Documents on the ADF
ADF (Auto Document Feeder) enables multiple sheet scanning.

Maximum number of sheets (new paper) loadable on the hopper
• The number of sheets depends on the paper quality. If a paper jam or double feed occurs, reduce the number of
sheets of the document loaded on the hopper.
Notice
• Use "Thin Paper Feeding Mode" when scanning a document less than 40 g/m
2
(10.6 lb.). For details about
"Thin Paper Feeding Mode", refer to the Image Capture Plus, TWAIN, or ISIS help.
