Clearing a recording paper jam
When the unit does not eject a recording paper during reception or copying, the recording paper has
jammed. Remove the jammed paper by following the steps below.
0 Slide the lever toward you to open the top
cover.
@ Remove the jammed paper carefully.
€) Cut off the wrinkled portion.
© Replace the recording paper roll in the proper
direction.
—Make sure that there is no slack in the paper
roll.
Q Insert the leading edge of the paper under the
green bar.
—If the recording paper cannot be inserted,
press the STOP button to reset the paper
cutter and insert the paper again.
@ Close the cover carefully by gently pushing
down on both ends.
