When the configuration file is successfully imported, the SIP phone starts to access the PBX
automatically.
5. Confirm if the configuration file was successfully loaded.
a. Select Maintenance ® Export Configuration File.
b. Click Export to download the configuration file being used currently on the SIP phone.
c. Compare the
UT_ACS configuration file and the downloaded file. If the UT_ACS configuration file was
successfully loaded, the contents of those 2 files will be exactly the same.
Notice
When the
2 UT_ACS configuration files do not match, and if the SIP phone does not work properly,
contact an authorised Panasonic Factory Service Centre.
For Non-KX-UT Series SIP Phones (including P-SIP)
Using a DHCP server (DHCP Server feature or an external DHCP server) to automate the assignment
of IP addressing information
The IP address of the SIP phone, the subnet mask address, and the default gateway address can be assigned
to the SIP phone automatically by the DHCP server.
The PBX’s IP address must be assigned manually on the SIP phone side.
