2.5.3 Showing an Absent Message on the Caller's Telephone
Display (Absent Message Capability)
You can show the reason for your absence, if the calling extension uses a Panasonic Proprietary
Telephone with a display. This way the caller will know when you will be available. You can choose
one of nine messages.
To set
• Enter the desired value in the "%" space.
You must make your message in all of the "%"s using 0 to 9, #, or .
• The default messages can be changed by System Programming. Consult your System
Manager or dealer.
