HOW TO FIND EXTENSION NUMBER (Display Handset Required)
(Connect display handset to the required Extension Number)
 Press Program
 Dial 00
 Extension number will be displayed
 Press Cancel
HOW TO FIND GROUP NUMBER (Display Handset Required)
(Connect display handset to the required Extension Number)
 If more than one phone rings simultaneously then the main telephone number being
called has been setup in an Incoming Call Distribution Group (ICD).
 To find the ICD group number call your advertised directory number from another
phone and the group number will be displayed on the LCD screen of the ringing
handset/ extension.
HOW TO CHANGE INTERCOM VOICE AUTO ANSWER / RING
Caller Control
 Dial Extension Number
 Dial * or Voice Soft Button (Switches Call to Voice Intercom)
 Speak (Your voice will be heard over called parties handset speaker)
Called Party Control (above operation not required)
 Press Auto Answer Key (LED illuminates Red)
HOW TO CHANGE RING HANDSET RING TONES
(Customise ring tone on individual handsets)
 Press Program button
 Press Intercom Button twice
 Select ring tone from (01-30) (scroll through selection via Navi key on handset)
 Press Auto Dial/Store Button
