PLACING A CALL
External
 Lift the Handset or press Sp-Phone
 Dial 0 followed by the phone number.
Internal
 Lift the Handset or press Sp-Phone
 Dial the extension number
Or
 Press the programmed DSS key.
Redial
 Lift the handpiece or press Sp-Phone
 Press the REDIAL key.
RECEIVING A CALL
 If your telephone is ringing
 Lift the handset or press Sp-Phone
PLACE CALL ON HOLD
 While on a call either internal or external
 Press the Hold button once
For exclusive Hold
 Press the Hold button twice
Retrieve Call from Hold
 Lift the handset
 Press the Green flashing line key.
TRANSFERRING A CALL
Transfer Manually
 When you are on a call;
 Press the Transfer key
 Dial the extension number and hang up the phone
Or
 Introduce the call and place the handset down. As soon as you hang up the handset
the call is transferred.
Transfer via One-Touch Key
 When you are on a call;
 Press the DSS key for the person’s extension.
 Introduce call and place the handset down. As soon as you hang up the handset the
call is transferred.
