2.1 Proprietary Telephone Settings
Assign whether message being recorded is monitored through the built-in speaker (Hands-free
mode) or an alert tone is sent (Private mode) while incoming callers are leaving a message.
— Be sure the handset is on the cradle and the SP-PHONE button is off. To program, set the
MEMORY switch to “PROGRAM”.
— After programming, set the MEMORY switch to “SET”.
• The default is the “Hands-free” mode.
