Operator/Manager Service Features 2.3
The operator or manager can clear the Live Call Screening password on any extension.
Clearing the Live Call Screening password
— Be sure the handset is on the cradle and the SP-PHONE button is off. To program, set the
MEMORY switch to “PROGRAM”.

Press STORE or AUTO/STORE.

Dial the extension number where
you want to clear the password.
• The STORE indicator lights.
• To erase an incorrect entry, press the TRANSFER (CLEAR) button.
(The TRANSFER button becomes the CLEAR button during programming.)
— After programming, set the MEMORY switch to “SET”.
• If the extension user forgets their pre-set password, they can ask the operator or manager to
clear the password.
