C 5.2 Standard Telephone Features
Call Pickup, Group
Allows you to answer a call that is ringing at another telephone within your extension
group.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the feature number (40).
• You hear a confirmation tone (optional).
• You can talk to the caller.
Conditions
• You can pick up an incoming outside, intercom or doorphone call.
• If you receive a call waiting tone during a conversation, you may ask a third party to
pickup up your second call by Directed Call Pickup.
• A confirmation tone is audible when a call is picked up. Eliminating the tone is
programmable.
