4.2.3 Class of Service (COS)
Enables or disables “Call Transfer to Trunk” feature.
Enables or disables “Call Forwarding to Trunk” feature.
Enables or disables “Call Forwarding - Follow Me”
feature.
Enables or disables “Executive Busy Override” feature.
Enables or disables “Executive Busy Override Deny”
feature.
[Note]
• Executive Busy Override Deny allows the extension
user to prevent Executive Busy Override from being
executed by another extension user.
Enables or disables “DND Override” feature.
Specifies the maximum number of digits that can be
dialed during a CO call.
If an outside party hangs up during a CO call and
the extension user tries to dial out still on the same CO
line, the system will disconnect the line at the time the
assigned digits are dialed.

• This program can be added if the CPC Signal
Detection is not provided by the Central Office.
If set to “Enable,” TRS level 7 extension users can call
to the extensions with this COS level.
