4-38 System Programming
4.2.4 System Timer
Specifies the number of rings the system is to wait after
receiving a DISA call before answering it.
[Note]
•
A DISA call is answered after a ringback tone is
returned to the caller after the “DISA Delayed
Answer Time” expires. The DISA caller can dial while
hearing the OGM message.
Specifies the length of time in seconds the system is to
wait before recognizing the first digit as a DISA
Automated Attendant number.
If this timer expires before the second digit is dialed,
the system assumes that the first digit is a DISA built-in
auto attendant number.
Specifies the length of time in seconds the system is to
wait before activating IRNA (Intercept Routing No
Answer) feature for DISA calls.
If a DISA call directed to a single extension is not
answered within this timer, the system redirects the
DISA call to another pre-programmed IRNA
destination.
[Note]
•
Call forward no answer will override this timer if an
extension has enabled Call Forwarding- No Answer
Time-Out.
Specifies the length of time in seconds the system is to
wait after sending OGM before directing the call to the
IRNA destination.
