If set to “Hold,” the PT user engaged in a CO call can
transfer the current call to another extension simply by
pressing the DSS button associated with the destination
extension.
If set to “Hold,” the PT user engaged in a CO call can
hold the current call and get another CO line for making
or answering purpose with a single operation.
Specifies a light pattern of the Message Lamp of an
SLT.
Specifies the trunk hunting mode.

Forced
The system seizes a trunk line compulsorily whether
detecting loop current from the local CO or not.

Loop Detection
The system seizes a trunk line after detecting loop
current from the local CO.
Specifies the PCM (Pulse Code Modulation)
conversion mode of KX-T96xxx series trunk cards.
[Note]
• This setting is required only when XMX(for Mexico)
type KX-T96xxx series trunk cards are installed in
the system. In this case, select “A-law.”
Specifies the type of PCM (Pulse Code Modulation)
conversion mode compatible with the Digital Network
to which the system is connected.
