4.3.2 Extension Group

Specifies the UCD Time Table number for the
UCD Group.
(Assignable only when “ UCD” is specified in “Group
Type” programming.)
Specifies the treatment of the call which is not
answered by the extension in the UCD group within a
specified period of time (Call Forwarding - No Answer
Time).

Disable
The call continues to ring the current destination
extension.

Enable
The system transfers the call to an idle extension in
the group.
(Assignable only when “ UCD” is specified in “Group
Type” programming.)
Specifies the treatment of extensions in a UCD group
who don’t / can’t answer the call.
A member extension may be logged-out automatically,
if it does not answer the call for pre-determined times
(1-10) consecutively.
To disable this setting, select “0”.
(Assignable only when “ UCD” is specified in “Group
Type” programming.)
Specifies the Supervisor Extension per UCD Group.
The extension specified as the Supervisor Extension can
monitor the Login/Logout status of other UCD Group
members and the number of waiting calls (calls placed
in the waiting queue.)
Specifies whether the extension can monitor the Login/
Logout status of UCD Group members or not.
Specifies whether emitting Call Waiting tone to a UCD
Group member extension is available or not.
