Description
Assigns the queuing sequence in the Uniform Call Distribution (UCD) Time Table. The
queuing sequences are as follows:
S1
: Sends DISA (Direct Inward System Access) outgoing message 1.
S2
: Sends DISA outgoing message 2.
S3
: Sends DISA outgoing message 3.
S4
: Sends DISA outgoing message 4.
TR
: Transfers to the overflow extension.
RT
: Returns to the top of the sequence.
Blank
: Disconnects.
1T
: Timer – 16 seconds
2T
: Timer – 32 seconds
3T
: Timer – 48 seconds
4T
: Timer – 64 seconds
