Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR)

Description
Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) automatically records
detailed call information for CO calls. A printer connected to the
EL4 (RS-232C) port can be used to print incoming and outgoing
CO calls as well as print a hard copy of the System Programming.
To print the call records, use the program [SOO] “SMDR Incoming
/ Outgoing Call Log Printout,” which allows you to print out the
following records:
l
Records of all outgoing CO calls or outgoing toll calls.
l
Record of incoming CO calls.
