Description
Assigns the DISA User Codes and a Class of Service (COS) to each
code. The COS of the code determines the toll restriction level
of
the DISA caller.

There are four programmable user codes. Each code should be unique
and composed of eight numerical digits, 0
through
9.

You cannot leave an entry empty.
