Setting the Password
You can change the password for the dial lock and call restriction. The
factory preset password is “1111”.
To set the password
Make sure that the handset is on the cradle.

Press [FUNCTION/EXIT] .

Scroll to “ CHANGE PASSWORD? ” by
pressing [] or [] .

Press [ENTER] .

Enter the current password.

Press [ENTER] .
• If the wrong password was entered at
step 4, “ ERROR ” will be displayed, then
“– – – –” will be displayed. Enter the
correct password.

Enter a new password using a 4-digit
number. (Ex. “1234” is entered.)

Press [ENTER] .
• The display will return to step 2. To exit
the programming mode, press
[FUNCTION/EXIT] or wait for
60 seconds.
• You can exit the programming mode any time by pressing [FUNCTION/EXIT] .
Please write down your password. If you forget your password, consult your
nearest Panasonic service center.
