2.7.5 Mailbox Usage Report
The mailbox usage report displays information for a specified mailbox or range of mailboxes, including the
number of recorded messages, the total time of outgoing calls, external messages, message notification, and
group message delivery.
Note
• Specify the mailboxes for which you want to display a report, then click View Report. You can select
a single mailbox (e.g., from 200 to 200), a range of mailboxes (e.g., from 200 to 209), or all mailboxes
by clicking Select all mailboxes.
• Current New Message Counts, Current Received Message Counts, and Current EMD Message Counts
are current status indications. All else are accumulated indications since the last clearing of this report.
