2.1.11 E-mail Option
Enables subscribers to receive notification by e-mail when they receive new messages.
Follow the steps below to edit e-mail parameters.
1. Click Add Mailbox... or select a mailbox and click Edit Mailbox....
2. Enter the username for the subscriber’s e-mail account next to Username.
3. Enter the subscriber’s e-mail address next to E-mail Address. Up to 3 addresses can be set by inserting
a comma between each address.
Example: address1@___.com,address2@___.com,address3@___.com
4. Set Send E-mail with New Messages to Enable to allow the subscriber to receive e-mail notifications.
5. Set Attach Voice File to Enable to allow the subscriber to receive voice messages as e-mail file
attachments.
6. Click Click to edit... next to E-mail Schedule to determine when e-mail messages are sent, and make
the appropriate settings.
7. Click OK when finished.
