For cooking whole chicken. Place on Low
Wire Rack on Metal Tray on Glass Tray. Start
cooking breast side down and turn at beep.
Cook stuffing separately.
1610 - 2400 g
For cooking a large whole chicken or 2
smaller chickens. Place on Metal Tray. Start
cooking breast side down and turn at beep.
Cook stuffing separately.

Cook Pork or
Veal
PORK 700 - 2300 g
For cooking fresh roast pork or veal. Place
the pork or veal on Low Wire Rack on Metal
Tray on Glass Tray. Turn at beep.
13 Cook Beef BEEF 600 - 1300 g
For cooking fresh roast beef. Place the beef
on Low Wire Rack on Metal Tray on Glass
Tray. Turn at beep. This program cooks beef
‘cuisson bleue’- below raw. If you prefer rare or
medium beef, pre-heat the oven on Turbobake
230°C before selecting the program.
14 Cook Lamb LAMB
800 - 2000 g
For cooking fresh roast lamb. Place the
lamb on Low Wire Rack on Metal Tray on
Glass Tray. Turn at beep.
2010 - 2500 g
For cooking fresh roast lamb (large weight).
Place the lamb in a heatproof dish on Metal
Tray on Glass Tray. If lamb is too large to fit in
heatproof dish, place directly on Metal Tray.
Turn at beep.
N.B:
The pork or veal and beef programs are suitable for boneless joints. The lamb program is suitable for joints with bone.
