130 g Plain our
8 g Baking powder
40 g Sugar
35 g Dried fruit
35 g Beaten eggs
55 g Melted butter
80 g Milk

1. Mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, sugar and salt.
2. Sift our and baking powder into the mixture.
3. Add dried fruit into mixture.
4. Make a oury and rough batter.
5. Press Bánh ngọt/Bánh Mufn twice and press Khởi dộng
to preheat.
6. Weigh 43 g each of the mixture into mufn cups and put
on the wire rack.
7. After preheating, put the wire rack on the glass tray and
press Khởi dộng. At beeps (after approximately
15 minutes from the start), cover the overall mufn cups
with the aluminum foil while taking care not to get burns
as the inside of the oven and the accessories are very
hot.
